These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of fastfront’s services.

fastfront is a service of the fastfront GesBr which is a joint partnership of the sole proprietorships of Gregor Vostrak and Constantin Graf. Further information about the companies can be found in the imprint.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use fastfront if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “User”, “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Austria. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Service & Registration

fastfront offers free and paid services. To access the services the client has to register. The information provided during the registration has to be correct.

Refunds

As a paying customer of fastfront you have the right to revoke your subscription within 14 days. The revocation period starts on the day of the start of the subscription. To revoke your subscription, the customer has to write an email to fastfront

If the customer revokes the subscription within the 14 days period, fastfront will refund all payments fastfront received from the customer previously.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, fastfront, its affiliates, directors and employees shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to:

any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages
any loss of profits, loss of business, business interruptions or loss of business information

To the extend permitted by applicable law, in no event shall fastfront, its affiliates, directors and employees be liable for:

any errors, mistakes or inaccuracies in the content
Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party
Any failure of the products to perform

To the extent permitted by applicable law, fastfront, its affiliates, directors and employees shall not be liable for any events whatsoever, including but not limited to:

Account termination

By using fastfront, you agree that fastfront may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your fastfront account and access to the service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to:

violations of the Terms of Service
requests by law enforcement or other government agencies
providing false information as part of your account

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any disruption or damage to you or your service caused by the termination of your account. Terminations are made at the sole discretion of fastfront.

Content Hosting

fastfront stores copies of the content that you upload to the service in order to provide our services. You retain all rights to the content that you upload to the service. By uploading content to the service, you grant fastfront a the permission to maintain and distribute copies of your content on your behalf.

DMCA

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), accounts may be terminated for repeated copyright infringements.

As we use BunnyCDN as a hosting provider, you can report copyright infringements directly to them via this form.

License

Unless otherwise stated, fastfront and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on fastfront. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from fastfront for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Republish material from fastfront
Sell, rent or sub-license material from fastfront
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from fastfront
Redistribute content from fastfront

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. fastfront does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website.
